Grainge's Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for vesting the Estate of Joseph Graninge and Elizabeth his Wife in Trustees, to be sold; and to dispose of Part of the Money arising by such Sale, for the Maintenance of the said Elizabeth, pursuant to their Marriage Settlement; and to apply the Residue to the Payment of the Debts of the said Joseph Grainge."

Annuities Bill of Supply.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for raising Monies, by Sale of several Annuities, for carrying on the present War."

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow, at Eleven a Clock.

Huddleston versus Todhunter.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Andrew Huddleston is Appellant, and William Todhunter Respondent, on Saturday the Twentieth Day of this Instant January, at Eleven a Clock.

Bourbon & al. Nat.

Upon reading the Petition of Daniel Bourbon and others; as also the Petition of John D' la Croze and others; praying to be naturalized:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners may be added to a Bill of Naturalization, as desired.

St. John versus Bennet in Error.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein James St. John is Appellant, and Her Majesty's Attorney General, at the Relation of Joseph Bennet, is Respondent, on Monday the Two and Twentieth Day of this Instant January, at Eleven a Clock.

White & al. versus Allen & al.3

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Mary White Window, and Richard Curtis Gentleman, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the One and Twentieth Day of June One Thousand Seven Hundred and One; and an Order upon hearing of the Cause in Trinity Term One Thousand Seven Hundred and Three, on the Behalf of Thomas Allen and William Grimes; and praying Relief against the last Order or Decree, in Trinity Term One Thousand Seven Hundred and Three: As also upon the Answer of Thomas Allen and William Grimes put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

Judgement affirmed.

It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Mary White and Richard Curtis shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree and Order complained of in the said Petition shall be, and they are hereby, affirmed.

Countess Lindsey versus E. of Lindsey.

The House being moved, "That a Day may be appointed, for taking into Consideration the Petition of Elizabeth Countess Dowager of Lindsey, read in this House the Twentieth of December last, relating to the Privilege of the Earl of Lindsey, Lord Great Chamberlain of England:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition shall be considered on Thuesday next, at Twelve a Clock; and all the Lords summoned to attend; and acquainted, "That it is relating to Privilege."

Clayton's Bill for disuniting Horn from Blechingley.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for severing and disuniting the Church or Chapel of Horne from the Church of Blechingley, in the County of Surrey."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. with it.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Robert Legard and Sir Richard Holford:

To carry down the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.
