Dover Harbour, Bill.

The Earl of Winchilsea reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for enlarging the Term of Years granted by an Act, passed in the Session of Parliament held in the Eleventh and Twelfth Years of King William the Third, for Repair of Dover Harbour," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for enlarging the Term of Years granted by an Act, passed in the Session of Parliament held in the Eleventh and Twelfth Years of King William the Third, for Repair of Dover Harbour."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice, the Lords have agreed to the said Bill, without any Amendment.

Torr's Bill:

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for Sale of Part of the Estate of James Torr Gentleman deceased, for Payment of his Debts; and for settling other Part thereof to the Uses therein mentioned."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill, with the Amendments, shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Gresham. College, &c. Bill.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the better enabling the Mayor, Commonalty, and Citizens of London, and the Wardens and the Commonalty of the Mystery of Mercers of the said City of London, and the Lecturers of Gresham Colledge, in the said City, to pay the Charities given by the last Will and Testament of Sir Thomas Gresham."

After some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Lord Bishop of Salisbury reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill; and think it fit to pass, with some Amendments:"

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Loader versus Burrough.

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Isaac Loader, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery the Twelfth Day of March last, and an Order of the Eleventh Day of November following, for Payment of Costs, on the Behalf of Joseph Burrough, surviving Executor of Robert Castle; and praying, "That the said Decree and Orders (as to the Five Hundred Pounds therein mentioned, Part of Five Hundred Fifty-two Pounds and Eight Shillings) and the Order for Payment of Costs may be reversed, and Restitution of the Five Hundred Pounds may be made to the Appellant, and all Proceedings on the Order for Costs stayed:" As also upon the Answer of the said Joseph Burrough put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled; That the said Petition and Appeal of Isaac Loader shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree and Order for Costs, therein complained of; shall be, and they are hereby, affirmed.

Adjourn.
