It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Isaac Loader is Appellant, and Joseph Burroughs Respondent, on Thursday the Tenth Day of this Instant February, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon.
Mence versus Bradley.
Upon reading the Petition of Frances Mence; shewing, "That Richard Bradley brought his Appeal into this House, to which she is ordered to put in an Answer on Friday next: That, on Monday last, she received Information that the Appeal was lodged; but that she hath not yet been served with the Order; and the Petitioner, being One Hundred and Twenty Miles from London, cannot put in her Answer as ordered; and praying some further Time for answering:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner hath hereby Time allowed her, for answering to the said Appeal, until Thursday the Seventeenth Day of this Instant February, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon.
Grange's Bill.
The Earl of Stamford reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting Part of the Estate of Joseph Grainge Esquire and Elizabeth his Wife in Trustees, to be sold; and to dispose of the Money arising by such Sale, pursuant to their Marriage Settlement," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.
Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.
Frampton's Bill:
Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the better vesting in Giles Frampton Esquire the Manor and Farm of Moorton, alias Moreton, and Hurst, in the County of Dorsett, in Possession; and for the better securing the same, and the other Manors, Farms, Messuages, Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, late of William Frampton Esquire deceased, to him the said Giles Frampton, and such as are entitled in Remainder after him, upon the Death of Tregonwel Frampton Esquire."
The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

The Lord Herbert reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for setting aside a voluntary Settlement made by Mary Fermor Widow; and for ratifying a Partition made of the Manors of Mersham and Pett, and divers Lands in the County of Sussex, between her and Bartholomew Walmesley Esquire, and others," as sit to pass, with some Amendments.

This Day the Earl of Nottingham delivered several Papers relating to the Scotch Conspiracy.
Which being sealed up, as the former were, it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That all these, and the other Papers formerly delivered relating to this Matter, shall be opened in this House, on Tuesday the Eighth Day of this Instant February, at Twelve a Clock; and all the Lords summoned to attend.
