Allanson versus Doulben.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Charles Allanson, of The Middle Temple, London, Esquire, surviving Executor of the last Will and Testament of Sir William Williams, late of Vaynol, in the County of Carnarvon, from an Order of the Court of Chancery, of the One and Twentieth of November One Thousand Seven Hundred and Two; and the Order on Hearing and Decree, of the Ninth of December One Thousand Seven Hundred and Two, made on the Behalf of John Doulben and Beata his Wife; and praying, "That the said Orders and Decree may be reversed and set aside; and that the said John Doulben and Beata his Wife may answer thereunto:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said John Doulben and Beata his Wife may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Tuesday the Eight and Twentieth Day of this Instant December, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.
Ashby versus White et al. in Error.
Upon reading the Petition of Mathew Ashby, Plaintiff in a Writ of Error depending in this House; to which William White and others are Defendants; upon which Errors are assigned; and praying, "That a short Day may be appointed, for the Defendants to join Issue thereupon:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Defendants shall join Issue thereupon, on or before Tuesday the Fourteenth Day of this Instant December, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.

Whereas To-morrow was appointed, for hearing of the Cause wherein James Foubert and his Wife are Appellants, and Thomas Turst Respondent:
