Whitaker to accompt for Public Monies, Bill.
The Commissioners of Accompts of the Army, pursuant to the Order Yesterday, delivered, at the Bar, their Report of Mr. Whitaker's Accompts.
Which was read.
And Counsel being then at the Bar; and having been heard, as well for as against the Bill, intituled, "An Act to oblige Edward Whitaker to accompt for such Sums of Public Money as hath been received by him:"
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to oblige Edward Whitaker to accompt for such Sums of Public Money as hath been received by him."
Then, a Debate arising, in relation to the Method of passing Accompts; and whether this Bill shall be committed:
After some Time;
The Question was put, "Whether this Debate shall be adjourned to To-morrow?"
It was Resolved in the Negative.
Then the Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall be now committed?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee on the said Bill.
After some Time, the House was resumed.
And the Lord Viscount Longueville reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill; and think it fit to pass, without any Amendment."

Report of Queen's Answer to Address about Public Accompts:
The Lord Steward reported, Her Majesty's most gracious Answer to the Address presented to Her Majesty Yesterday; which was, "That Her Majesty would take the whole Matter into Her Consideration."
Proceedings to be printed and published.
The House being this Day moved, "That the Address of this House, and the Resolutions and Observations presented to and laid before Her Majesty Yesterday, and the Papers and Proceedings relating thereunto, and on which the same were grounded, and Her Majesty's most Gracious Answer to the Address, reported this Day, may be printed and published:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Address, Resolutions, Observations, and Proceedings, with Her Majesty's most Gracious Answer to the Address, shall be printed and published; and that the Lords Committees (or any Five of them) who drew the said Address on the Resolutions and Proceedings of this House, upon the Observations of the Commissioners appointed to examine, take, and state, the Public Accompts, do meet after this Session is over, and give Directions what else shall be printed and published in this Case; and also upon the Bill (that did not pass), intituled, "An Act for preventing Occasional Conformity," as ordered the Four and Twentieth Instant.
Subsidies Bill.

Forfeited Estates in Ireland, for Sale of, Bill.
Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for advancing the Sale of the forfeited Estates in Ireland; and for vesting such as remain unsold by the present Trustees in Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, for such Uses as the same were before vested in the said Trustees; and for the more effectual selling and setting the said Estates to Protestants; and for explaining the several Acts relating to the Lord Bophin and Sir Redmond Everard."
