The Messengers sent Yesterday to the House of Commons return Answer:

That the Commons will give a Conference, as desired.

Conference on Bill of Attainder, pretended P. of Wales.

The Commons being come to the Conference, the Managers Names were read; and the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and the Lords went to the Conference.

Which being ended, the House was resumed:

And the Lord Herbert reported, "That they had attended the Conference, as commanded; and delivered the Bill to the Commons, with their Lordships Reasons for insisting on their Amendments."

Forfeited Estates in Ireland, Books and Papers concerning.

Mr. Annesley, One of the Trustees for Sale of the forfeited Estates in Ireland, delivered, at the Bar, several Books and Papers, intituled, as follow; (videlicet),

1. "A Rent Roll of the forfeited Estates."

2. "An Abstract of the Rent Roll."

3. "Incumbrances reported."

4. "Incumbrances not reported."

5. "An Estimate of all such Incumbrances as are not yet determined."

6. "A Book, containing all Receipts and Payments made by the Trustees; distinguishing the Personal Estates from the Rents."

7. "Establishment for Christmas Quarter 1701, with the extraordinary Charge of the Execution of the Commission from the Beginning to the 31th of December."

8. "Table of Fees allowed by the Trustees."

9. "A Charge upon the several Grantees, as far as the Incumbrances are stated."

10. "The private Estate surveyed, with the Number of Acres, the Value of each Acre, and the Yearly Value if now to be set for a Term of Years."

11. "A Book containing the several Persons outlawed in the County Palatine of Tipperary."

ORDERED, That the Books do lie on the Table, to be perused by the Lords.

E. of Orrery's Bill.

The Lord Viscount Longueville reported, from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for enabling Lionel Earl of Orrery in the Kingdom of Ireland, by Sale of certain Lands and Tenements, to raise Money, for Payment of his Debts; and settle other Lands to the Uses and Purposes in this Act mentioned," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

ORDERED, That the said Bill be engrossed.

Hunt, Leave for a Bill.

Upon reading the Petition of Jane Hunt Widow, One of the Executors of the last Will of James Hunt, of Popham, in the County of Southampton, Esquire, deceased; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, to enable Trustees to fell and dispose of Timber growing upon his Estate, towards Payment of the Debts and Legacies of the said James Hunt:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner hath hereby Leave to bring in a Bill, as desired.

Attorney General to prosecute Fuller:

His Majesty's Attorney General (by Leave of the House) acquainted the House, "That he had received a Letter from William Fuller;" which he read; desiring to be tried this Term; and acquainted the House, "he could not possibly try him this Term, but could try him before the Commissioners of Oyer and Terminer at The Old Baily."

Fuller to produce Jones and Englefield.

ORDERED, That Sir Lacon William Childe and Mr. Rogers, Two of the Masters in Chancery, do go to William Fuller; and acquaint him, from this House, "That, if Jones and Englefield are in Town, he shall produce them to Mr. Attorney General, at such Time as Mr. Attorney shall appoint; and to assure him, that Jones and Englefield shall have the Protection of this House."

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, to robe.

The House was resumed.

King present.

His Majesty being arrayed in His Regal Robes and Crown, attended with His Officers of State, ascended His Royal Throne (the Peers being also in their Robes); commanded the Deputy Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod, to signify to the House of Commons, "It is His Majesty's Pleasure, that they attend Him presently, in the House of Peers."

Who being come, with their Speaker; the Clerk of the Crown read the Title of the Bill to be passed, as followeth; (videlicet,)

Bill passed.

"An Act for reviving and continuing an Act, intituled, An Act for the appointing Commissioners, to take, examine, and determine, the Debts due to the Army, Navy, and for Transport Service; and also an Account of the Prizes taken during the late War."

To which the Royal Assent was pronounced; by the Clerk of the Parliaments, in these Words; (videlicet,)

"Le Roy l' veult."

Then His Majesty was pleased to withdraw; and the Commons went to their House.

Adjourn.
