L. Roseberie versus Taylor & al.
Whereas this Day was appointed, for hearing of the Cause wherein Archibald Primrose Lord Viscount Roseberie and Dorothy his Wife are Appellants, and James Taylor and Elizabeth his Wife are Respondents:
Upon reading the Petition of the said Elizabeth Taylor; shewing, "That her Husband James Taylor died Yesterday; and therefore prays (amongst other Things) that the Hearing of this Cause may be put off to a further Time, and the proper Representatives of her Husband be made Parties;" it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That To-morrow, at Eleven a Clock, this House will hear One Counsel on either Side, upon the Allegations in this Petition.
Hoare's Bill.
The Lord Viscount Townshend reported the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable the Executrix of James Hoare Esquire, deceased, to pay a Sum of Money, in Discharge of a Trust in her reposed by his Will," as fit to pass, with Two Amendments.
Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.
Morris's Bill.
The Lord Viscount Townshend also reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for Sale of Part of the Estate of Charles Morris Esquire, for Payment of Debts charged thereupon, and for the making Provision for his Younger Children," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.
Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for Sale of Part of the Estate of Charles Morris Esquire, for Payment of Debts charged thereupon, and for the making Provision for his Younger Children."
The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to.
