This Day the Lords following took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes; (videlicet,)

Army Accompts delivered.
The Commissioners for stating the Accounts of the Army attending, were called in, and delivered an Account of their Proceedings; (videlicet,)
1. "November 25th, 1702. An Account of the Proceedings of the Commissioners appointed by Act of Parliament to take, examine, and determine, the Debts due to the Army, &c."
2. "A List of the Regiments, Garrisons, &c. which have been certified for, before the First of September.
"Not certified for, but under Examination.
"Not yet brought in."
3. "An Abstract of Certificates and Debentures made forth to the Paymaster of Her Majesty's Forces, by the Commissioners of Accompts for the Army, &c."
4. "An Accompt of the Sums of Money arising from Respites taken off, and other Allowances, made in the Regiments certified for since the last Accompt thereof laid before this Honourable House."
5. "12th February 1690/1. Her late Majesty's Warrant relating to the Pay of several Regiments in Ireland."
Hayes versus Carryll.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of John Hayes Esquire, against an Order or Decree of Dismission made in the Court of Chancery the Eight and Twentieth Day of July last, in a Cause there depending, between the Petitioner Plaintiff, and John Carryll Esquire, Heir and Executor of Richard Carryll Esquire deceased, Francis Bruning and John Peacock Gentlemen, Defendants; and praying the Reversal of the said Order or Decree of Dismission:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said John Carryll, Francis Bruning, and John Peacock, may have a Copy of the said Petition and Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Monday the Fourteenth Day of December next, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.
Sherard versus Harcourt.
Whereas there is an Appeal depending in this House, wherein Brownlow Sherard and others are Appellants, and Simon Harcourt and others Respondents:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Monday the Eighth Day of December next, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.
Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure.
After some Time, the House was resumed.
Thanks of the House to be given to the E. of Marlborough, for his great Services.
The House being very sensible of the great Services done by the Earl of Marlborough to Her Majesty, and this Kingdom:
It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Keeper of the Great Seal of England (when the Earl of Marlborough comes to this House) do give him the Thanks of this House, for the great Services he hath done to Her Majesty and this Kingdom the last Campaign.
D. of Beaufort's Bill.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for settling divers Manors, Lands, and Hereditaments, the Estate of Henry Duke of Beaufort, according to Agreements made upon his Marriage; and for other Purposes in the said Act mentioned."
ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to the Lords following; (videlicet,)
Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Monday the Fourteenth Day of December next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and to adjourn as they please.
Marchioness of Worcester to be heard against it.
It is Agreed and ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Marchioness of Worcester shall be heard, by her Counsel, at the Committee to whom the said Bill is referred, and at the Bar of this House, before the Third Reading, in case there shall be any Matter to which the Committee and Counsel shall not agree.
Cowper's Bill.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the vesting of the several Manors, Messuages, Lands, and Hereditaments, in the County of Essex, late belonging to John Cowper Gentleman, deceased, in Trustees, to be sold, for better Payment of his Debts and Legacies charged thereon."
ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be referred to the same Committee to whom the Duke of Beaufort's Bill is committed; their Lordships, or any Five of them, to meet at the same Time and Place.
D. of Ormond's Journal delivered.
The Duke of Ormonde this Day delivered his Journal of the Expedition to Spain, in the Year 1702.
Which being read; it was ORDERED, That the further Consideration thereof shall be adjourned to Friday next.

The Lord Keeper, as ordered, gave his Lordship the Thanks of this House, for the great Services done by him to Her Majesty and this Kingdom, the last Campaign.
His Lordship's Answer.
The Earl of Marlborough returned his humble Thanks to the House for the great Honour done him; and said, That the Success is chiefly to be imputed to GOD's Blessing upon Her Majesty's happy Conduct, and the great Bravery of Her Troops and those of Her Allies."
Adjourn.
