Proceedings about censured Pamphlets to be printed.

The Lord Guilford reported from the Lords Committees appointed to consider what shall be printed upon the Proceedings and Resolutions of this House, in relation to some Passages contained in several Pamphlets, censured by this House the Sixteenth Instant.

Whereupon, it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the several Proceedings and Resolutions of this House, of the Sixteenth Instant, shall be forthwith printed and published.

Bradshaw's Bill.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the enlarging the Time for Cesar Bradshaw Esquire to prosecute his Claim before the Trustees for the Irish Forfeitures."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice, that the Lords have agreed to the said Bill, without any Amendment.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Relief of Thomas Lee Esquire and others, Executors of Sir John Hely Knight, and Peter Goodwin Esquire, with relation to the forfeited Estates in Ireland."

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee on the said Bill.

After some Time, the House was resumed.

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, presently.

Then a Petition of Thomas Lord Bishop of Killaloe, in the Kingdom of Ireland, was read, relating to the said Bill.

Whereupon, it is ORDERED, That the said Petition be referred to the same Committee to whom the Bill stands committed.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee on the abovesaid Bill.

After some Time, the House was resumed.

Sir Arthur Shaen versus Hancock & al.

After hearing Counsel this Day, upon the Petition of Sir Arthur Shaen Baronet; praying the Explanation of the Judgement of this House, of the Thirteenth of May One Thousand Seven Hundred and One, That Hancock and Hatfield were to bring the Arrears of Rent then in their Hands, and the growing Rents, into the Court of Chancery in Ireland; as also Counsel for the Lord Kildare, and Hancock and Hatfield; and Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

The Counsel and Parties on either Side were called in; and, by Order of the House, told by the Lord Keeper, "That the Lords expect their Judgement beforementioned should be fully complied with in Ireland."

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Earl of Stamford shall have Notice thereof, and be desired to attend the House To-morrow.

Queen's Answer, about preventing Intercourse with France and Spain:

The Lord Keeper acquainted the House, "That both Houses of Parliament attended Her Majesty last Night, at St. James's, with the Address of both Houses: And Her Majesty was graciously pleased to return this Answer; (videlicet,)

"My Lords and Gentlemen,

"I shall propose to the Allies, to join with Me in prohibiting all Intercourse and Correspondence with France and Spain, according to your Desires: And I am too much concerned for the Public Welfare, to omit any necessary Precautions for the Protection of our Trade."

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Address of both Houses of Parliament, presented to Her Majesty Yesterday; and Her Majesty's most gracious Answer thereunto, shall be forthwith printed and published.

The Lord Keeper acquainted the House, "That he had attended Her Majesty, with the Address for issuing a Proclamation for apprehending John Leves: And Her Majesty was pleased to say, She would give Order in it."

Who brought up Three Bills;

The First, intituled, "An Act for making more effectual the Provision out of the forfeited Estates in Ireland, for the building of Churches, and augmenting small Vicarages, in Ireland."

The Second, intituled, "An Act for enlarging the Time for John Hill Esquire and his Wife to enter their Claims before the Trustees for Sale of the forfeited Estates in Ireland, with relation to a Judgement against Robert Grace; and for the Relief of the Creditors of John Grace, and the Widow, Protestant Children, and Creditors, of the late Sir Patrick Trant, with relation to the said forfeited Estates; and for indemnifying the Earl of Carlingford, touching Mortgage-money by him owing to the said late Sir Patrick Trant."

The Third, intituled, "An Act for exempting and discharging of Arthur French and Sarah his Wife, from accompting to the Trustees for the forfeited Estates in Ireland, for the Personal Estates of Iricl Farrell, deceased."

To which said Three several Bills they desire the Concurrence of this House.

And also to return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Relief of Jane Lavallin, with relation to the forfeited Estates in Ireland;" and to acquaint this House, that they have agreed to their Lordships Amendments made to the said Bill.
