Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Richard Fownes Esquire and Elizabeth his Wife, from a Decree of Dismission in the Court of Chancery, the First Day of March One Thousand Seven Hundred and Three, on the Behalf of Sir John D'Oyly Baronet, John D'Oyly Esquire, James Prowse, Edward Cooke, Charles D'Oyly, John Short, John Cholwich, and Margaret D'Oyly; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree of Dismission:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Sir John D'Oyly, John D'Oyly, James Prowse, Edward Cooke, Charles D'Oyly, John Short, John Cholwich, and Margaret D'Oyly, may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer or respective Answers thereunto, in Writing, on Tuesday the Fifth Day of December next, at Eleven a Clock.

Horner & al. versus Hillyard & al.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of George Horner Esquire, and George Twyford an Infant by the said George Horner his next Friend, from a Decree of Dismission made in the Court of Chancery, the Two and Twentieth Day of May last past, on the Behalf of William Hillyard and Mary his Wife, James Twyford and Sarah his Wife, the Petitioner's the Infant's Father and Mother; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said William Hillyard and Mary his Wife, James Twyford and Sarab his Wife, may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer or respective Answers thereunto, in Writing, on Tuesday the Fifth Day of December next, at Eleven a Clock.

Dymock & al. versus Sir J. Hobbort.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Charles Dymock Gentleman, and James Selby Serjeant at Law, from a Decree of the Court of Chancery, made the Nineteenth Day of May last, on the Behalf of Sir John Hobbort Baronet, an Infant by his Guardian; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Sir John Hobbort may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and he is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, (by his Guardian) on Saturday the Five and Twentieth Day of this Instant November, at Eleven a Clock.

Huddleston versus Todhunter.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Andrew Huddleston Esquire, from a Decree of the Master of the Rolls, made the Five and Twentienth of June One Thousand Seven Hundred and Three, and the Confirmation thereof by the Lord Keeper the Five and Twentieth of October last, on the Behalf of William Todhunter and others, Tenants of the Manor of Hutton-John, in the County of Cumberland:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said William Todhunter and other the Tenants of the said Manor may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer or respective Answers to the said Appeal, in Writing, on the Fifteenth Day of December next, at Eleven a Clock; and that the Service of this Order on the Respondents Clerk in Chancery shall be good Service, in order thereunto.

Queen's Answer to Address about French Protestants.

The Lord Chamberlain acquainted the House, That he attended Her Majesty Yesterday with the Address; and that Her Majesty was pleased to say, She would readily comply with the Desire of the House therein, and do what lay in Her Power to have it effected."
