State of Trade, to be laid before the House.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Commissioners of Trade and Plantations do lay before this House, in Writing, (with all convenient Speed) an Account of the State of the Trade of this Kingdom since the last Session of this Parliament.
Moore & al. versus Cross.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of John Moore the Elder, and John Moore the Younger, and William Moore, Infants, by Francis Melhuish their Guardian, and William Martin Esquire, from a Decree and Proceedings in the Court of Exchequer, the Fourteenth Day of June One Thousand Seven Hundred and Three, in which Cause Roger Cross and John Cross were Plaintiffs; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Roger Crosse and John Crosse may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Tuesday the Fourteenth Day of November next, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon.
Strode versus Adderley.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Edward Strode Esquire, from a Decree made in the Court of Exchequer, in a Cause there, wherein Sarah Adderley Administratrix of Richard Adderley, and Elizabeth Head Widow, were Plaintiffs, against the Petitioner Defendant; which Decree was pronounced in the said Court as of Michaelmas and Hillary Term One Thousand Seven Hundred and Three; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Sarah Adderley and Elizabeth Head may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their respective Answers thereunto, in Writing, on Tuesday the Fifth Day of December next, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon.
Lists of Fees in Chancery, delivered;
The Six Clerks, attending, were called in; and, in Pursuance of the Order of the Third of April last, at the Bar, delivered a List of the Fees claimed by them.

Also, Mr. Edwards, the Register in Chancery, delivered a List of Causes depending in the said Court, and a List of the Fees claimed by them.
