Hassel et al. versus Knatchball.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Anne Hassell Widow, Administratrix cum Testament annexat. of Roger West Esquire, who was Administrator of Elianor his late Wife, One of the Daughters and Heirs of Sir John Knatchball Baronet, deceased, and Sir Charles Lodowick Cotterel, the only surviving Trustee, from an Order of Dismission made in the Court of Chancery in May last, on the Behalf of Sir Thomas Knatchball; and praying, "That the said Order of Dismission may be reversed:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Sir Thomas Knatchball may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and he is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Saturday the Eighteenth Day of December next, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.

Adjourn.
