This Day Thomas Earl of Coventry took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.
Hodson, Leave for a Bill.
Upon reading the Petition of Dorothy Hodson Wife of Toby Hodson a Lunatic, and of Toby their only Child; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, for settling the Estate of Toby the Lunatic, in the County of York, for Satisfaction of Incumbrances and Debts, and for making Provision for the Maintenance of the said Lunatic:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners have hereby Leave given them for bringing in a Bill, as desired.
