Lords take the Oaths.

This Day George Duke of Northumberland, George Earl of Huntingdon, and William Lord Bishop of Carlisle, took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.

Shepheard & al. versus Kent & al.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Samuel Shepheard, John Scarlett, and John Snell, on Behalf of themselves and other the Judgement Creditors of Richard Kent Esquire, deceased, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Nineteenth Day of June One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-six, on the Behalf of John Kent Esquire and others, Executors of the said Richard Kent, John Earl of Kildare, and others; and praying, "That the said Decree, and subsequent Orders and Proceedings thereupon, may be set aside and reversed:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said John Kent and others, Executors of Richard Kent, may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Wednesday the Second Day of December next, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.

Adjourn.
