Hodie 1^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for discharging a Mortgage upon the Estate of Peter Trevisa Esquire, deceased, and providing a Maintenance for his Widow and Children."

Lady Bulkeley's Bill:

The Earl of Berkeley reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable the Right Honourable Elizabeth Lady Bulkley to sell certain Lands, in the County of Devon, and City and County of the City of Exon, for the Payment of Debts," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable the Right Honourable Elizabeth Lady Bulkley to sell certain Lands, in the County of Devon, and City and County of the City of Exon, for the Payment of Debts."

An Amendment was made, by the House, in the Title of the said Bill; and, being read Thrice, was agreed to.

Then, the Question was put, "Whether this Bill, with the Amendment, shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Robert Legard and Doctor Edisbury:

Kelley versus Victuallers of the Navy.

Upon reading the Petition of John Kelly, late Supervisor of the Bread in the Victualling (fn. 1); shewing, "That he made divers Discoveries of Bread used in the Service of the Navy, made of undue Mixtures, such as Pease, Rye, Horse-beans, &c.; and praying to be heard as to the Matters of Fact, which he is ready to prove by substantial Evidence:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Victuallers of the Navy shall have a Copy of the said Petition; and that this House will take the same into Consideration on Wednesday the Fourth Day of June next, at Eleven a Clock.

New Deal fresh Water, Bill.

Whereas this Day was appointed for the House to be in a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for furnishing the Town of New Deale with fresh Water:"
