The House being informed, "That there was a Writ of Error at the Door;" the House gave Leave for the bringing of it in.
Then the Lord Chief Justice of His Majesty's Court of King's Bench brought in the Writ of Error.
He made Three Obeisances before he came to the Bar; and, after Three Obeisances more, he laid it on the Lord Keeper's Woolsack.
The Clerk received the Record and Transcript, and brought it to the Table.

After reading the Petition of Katherine Lady Viscountess Say & Seale; as also the Answer of Nathaniel Lord Viscount Say and Seale; and Consideration had thereof:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That it it be referred to the Lords Committees for Privileges, to consider what has been done in the like Case, or what may be done in this; and to hear Counsel for either Party; and report to the House: That the Committee do meet on Monday the One and Thirtieth Day of this Instant March, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon.

E. of Sandwich versus E. of Litchfield.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That on Saturday next, at Eleven of the Clock, this House will hear the Cause upon the Petition of Reginald Bretland Esquire and Robert Fowle Appellants, and Jonathan Cope and others Respondents; and that, immediately after, this House will peremptorily hear the Cause wherein Edward Earl of Sandwich and others are Appellants, and Edward Henry Earl of Litchfield and others Respondents.
Countess of Anglesey's Bill for a Separation.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That on Friday next, at Eleven of the Clock, this House will proceed to read the Depositions of the Lady Anglesey's Witnesses, and also to hear Counsel and Witnesses for the Earl of Anglesey.
