His Majesty to be attended with the Address.

The Earl of Monmouth, One of the Lords of the Privy Council appointed Yesterday to attend His Majesty, reported, "That His Majesty hath appointed this Day, between Twelve and One o'Clock, to be attended by this House, with the Address, in the Banqueting House at Whitehall."

King's Answer to the Address:

The Lord Keeper of the Great Seal of England reported His Majesty's Answer to the Address of this House, presented to Him this Day, as followeth; (videlicet,)

"I am extremely pleased with an Address so full of Affection to Me, and Zeal for the Cause in which we are all engaged: And I shall always think, that the best Security against our Enemies of all Sorts is, to be thus happily united and resolved amongst ourselves."

Address to be printed.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Right Honourable the Lord Keeper of the Great Seal of England do give Order, that the Address of this House presented to His Majesty this Day, and His Majesty's most Gracious Answer thereunto, be forthwith printed and published.
