A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Lowther and others:

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act to prevent the coining of Half-pence and Farthings for One Year longer;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Wrayford's Bill:

Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable William Wrayford Gentleman, and Dame Anne Rich Widow, to make Leases of Houses and Ground in Covent Garden, late the Estate of John Athy, Citizen and Haberdasher of London."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill, with the Amendments, shall pass ?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Fowle versus Berkeley.

Upon reading the Petition of Robert Fowle Goldsmith; praying to be relieved, against John Berkeley Esquire, touching the Payment of Three Thousand Four Hundred and Eighty Pounds, Part of the Personal Estate of Sir Thomas Fowle deceased:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said John Berkeley may have a Copy of the said Petition; and shall and he is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Wednesday the Six and Twentieth Day of this Instant April, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Grantham versus Thorold.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Francis Grantham Esquire and Anne his Wife are Appellants, and Elizabeth Thorold and others are Respondents, on Friday the Eight and Twentieth Day of this Instant April, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Ulster Society versus Bp. of Derry, Account of Proceedings in Ireland: (fn. 1) Memorendum, They are entered at the End of the book.

The Lord Chancellor gave the House an Account of the Proceedings he received from the Lords Justices in Ireland, in relation to the Matter of the Society of the Governor and Assistants, London, of the new Plantation in Ulster, in the Kingdom of Ireland, and the Bishop of Derry.

King's Answer to Address about them.

His Lordship also acquainted the House, "That he had attended His Majesty, with the Address of this House, relating to the Bishop of Derry and Society of the Governor and Assistants, London, of the New Plantation, Ulster, in the Kingdom of Ireland, and that His Majesty was pleased to command him to let the House know, That He would always have a great Regard to their Privileges, and would consider of some proper Method for doing what was desired by the Address."

Cowslade's Bill.

The Earl of Stamford reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for selling divers Freehold and Leasehold Houses, the Estate of Thomas Cowslade, an Infant, and others, to discharge a Mortgage; and to purchase other Lands, to be settled to the like Uses;" as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments."

Billingsgate Fish Market, Bill.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for making Billingsgate a free Market for Sale of Fish."

After some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Earl of Stamford reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill; and think it fit to pass, with some Amendments."

Which were read Twice, and Agreed to.

ORDERED, That the Amendments be engrossed.

Pulteney's Bill.

The Earl of Rochester reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the enabling the surviving Trustee of Sir William Pulteney Knight, deceased, to make Leases, for the raising Monies, for Payment of his Son William Pulteney's Debts, and other Purposes therein mentioned," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.
