Moor's Bill.

The Earl of Stamford reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Sale of the Manors of Hallwill and Becket, in the County of Devon, the Estate of John Moor, for Payment of Debts," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Sale of the Manors of Hallwill and Becket, in the County of Devon, the Estate of John Moor, for Payment of Debts."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice, the Lords have agreed to the said Bill, without any Amendment.

Fines, &c. to limit Times for bringing Writs of Error on, Bill.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for limiting certain Times, within which Writs of Error shall be brought, for the reversing Fines, common Recoveries, and ancient Judgements."

After some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Earl of Rochester reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill; and think it fit to pass, without any Amendment."

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear Counsel, for the Fishmongers, of London, against the Bill, intituled, "An Act for making Billingsgate a Free Market for the Sale of Fish, on Friday next," at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon ; and also any other Persons who shall think themselves concerned therein.

Deal, for bringing fresh Water to, Bill, rejected.

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall be committed?"

Which were read Twice, and agreed to.
