The House was called over, as ordered.

Blaney and Needler, to attend.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Robert Blaney Esquire and Gulverwell Needler do attend this House presently.

Sir J. Fenwick's Bill of Attainder, Counsel, and Witnesses heard.

Sir John Fenwick was brought to the Bar.

And, after hearing Counsel and Witnesses, in relation to the Bill, intituled, "An Act to attaint Sir John Fenwick Baronet of High Treason," the House was adjourned during Pleasure; and, after some Time, resumed.

Lords Leave to be absent, being indissed.

The Earl of Fauconberg, Earl of Berkeley, and the Bishop of Bath & Wells, had Leave to be absent, being indisposed.

Then the Counsel proceeded; and, having summed up their Evidence, Sir John Fenwick and the Counsel being again withdrawn, the following Orders were made:

Evidence to be considered:

"The House having heard Witnesses and Counsel upon the Bill, intituled, An Act to attaint Sir John Fenwick Baronet of High Treason; it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That To-morrow, at Twelve of the Clock, this House will take into Consideration what hath been offered thereupon."

Sir J. Fenwick remanded:

"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Sir John Fenwick Baronet shall be, and is hereby, remanded to the Prison of Newgate."

To be brought To-morrow:

"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Sheriffs of London and Middl'x do take Care of and bring Sir John Fenwick Baronet to this House To-morrow, at Twelve of the Clock.

"To the Sheriffs of London and Middl'x."

House to be called.

"ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That To-morrow, at Twelve a Clock, this House shall be called over, at the First Sitting, and Rising, thereof, as formerly ordered, under the same Penalties in case of Absence."
