A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Neale and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting certain Lands and Hereditaments, in Maydstone and elsewhere, in the County of Kent, in Trustees, for the Benefit of Diana Cecill and her Heirs;" to which they have agreed, without any Amendment.

Also a Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Burrington and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Humphry Walrond Gentleman to sell Part of his Estate, for the making Provision for his Eldest Son and Elizabeth his Daughter (who are Lunatics), and Payment of his Debts, and raising Portions for his other Children;" to which they have agreed, with some Amendments, whereunto they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Which Amendments, being read Thrice, were agreed to; and ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice thereof.

Lustring Company, for Encouragement of, &c. Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the better Encouragement of the Royal Lustring Company, and the more effectual preventing the fraudulent Importation of Lustrings and Alamodes."

Tonnage and Poundage Bill, for the Expences of the King's Civil List.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for granting to His Majesty a further Subsidy of Tonnage and Poundage, towards raising the Yearly Sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pounds, for the Service of His Majesty's Household, and other Uses therein mentioned."

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Whereas this Day was appointed for the House to be put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the further Relief of Creditors in Cases of Escapes, and for the further preventing Escapes and other Abuses in the Keepers of Gaols:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the House shall be put into a Committee thereupon, on Thursday next, at Eleven of the Clock.

Wool, Fullers Earth, &c. to explain the Acts against Exportation of, Bill.

The Commons being come to the Free Conference, the Managers Names were read.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and the Lords went to the Free Conference.

Which being ended, the House was resumed.

And the Earl of Rochester reported, "That the Managers had attended the Free Conference."

ORDERED, That the Report be made To-morrow Morning.
