Sir Francis Guybon's Bill:

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Sir Francis Guybon and Dame Isabella his Wife, and their Trustees, to sell the Manor of Avennalls, and other Lands, in or near Gunthorp, in the County of Norfolke; and for settling other Lands in Lieu thereof."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Miles Cooke and Sir Richard Holford:

E. of Maclesfield's Divorce, Bill.

After hearing this Day Counsel and several Witnesses, on the Behalf of the Earl of Maclesfeld, in order to make out the Allegations of his Bill; the Counsel of the Countess of Maclesfeld being present:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will proceed to hear Witnesses further thereupon, on Monday next, at Twelve of the Clock.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Richard Portlock, Ann Portlock, Dorothy Gibson, and Ann Bereson, do attend this House To-morrow, at Twelve of the Clock, as Witnesses, to be examined on the Behalf of Charles Earl of Maclesfeld.
