Barlow's Bill.

The Lord Viscount Longueville reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for confirming the Sale of the Manor of Stansall, and certain Tenements, in the County of York, made by Thomas Barlow Gentleman; and for settling other Lands, of greater Value, to the same Uses; and for vesting other Lands and Hereditaments in Trustees, to be sold, for purchasing other Lands, to be settled to the same Uses," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Carroll versus Eustace.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of James Carroll Esquire, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery in the Kingdom of Ireland, the Two and Twentieth and Six and Twentieth Days of June last, in a Cause there depending, between the Petitioner Plaintiff, and Sir Maurice Eustace and others Defendants; praying the said Decree may be taken into Consideration; and that the Errors mentioned in the said Petition may be corrected:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Sir Maurice Eustace and other Defendants in the said Cause, may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answers thereunto, in Writing, on Monday the Six and Twentieth Day of February next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
