The Lord Wharton acquainted the House, "That he had attended His Majesty, as ordered; and that His Majesty hath appointed Four a Clock this Afternoon for the House to attend Him, with their Address."

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for naturalizing Peter Barailleau and others."

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to the same Committee to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for naturalizing Elizabeth Farewell," was referred; and that the said Committee do meet on Monday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Bridges' Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the vesting and settling the Estate of Anne Bridges, an Infant, in Bermudas, alias The Sommer Islands, in America, in and upon Trustees, to be sold; and laying out the Money arising by such Sale here in England, for the Use of the said Anne Bridges."

King's Speech.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the further Consideration of His Majesty's most Gracious Speech shall be resumed To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock; and no other Business to intervene.

Distillers against the Bill to prohibit the distilling from Corn.

Upon reading the Petition of several Distillers from malted Corn; praying, "That they may be heard, by their Counsel, at the same Time the Distillers of London are heard, to the Bill depending in this House, intituled, "An Act to prohibit the excessive distilling of Spirits and low Wines from Corn, and against the exporting of Beer and Ale, and to prevent Frauds in Distillers:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners shall be heard, by their Counsel, as desired, on Saturday the Eleventh Day of this Instant February, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Holmes versus Peacock.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Thomas Holmes Esquire, from a Decree made in His Majesty's High Court of Chancery in Ireland, the Second Day of December last, and other Proceedings there, on the Behalf of James Peacock:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said James Peacock may have a Copy of the said Petition; and shall and he is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Monday the Third Day of April next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Fitch versus Attorney General and Commissioners of the Navy.

Whereas this Day was appointed for hearing the Cause wherein John Fitch is Appellant, and His Majesty's Attorney General and Commissioners of the Navy are Respondents:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Thursday the Ninth Day of this Instant February, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.
