Upon reading this Day the Bill, intituled, "An Act for dissolving the Marriage between Charles Earl of Maclesfeld and Anne his Wife, and to illegitimate the Children of the said Anne:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Earl of Maclesfeld shall be heard, by his Counsel, to make out the Allegations of his Bill, on Friday the One and Twentieth Day of this Instant January, at Eleven of the Clock; and that the Lady Maclesfeld have Notice thereof; and may have a Copy of the Bill, and be heard, by her Counsel, what she has to offer against the same; and that either Side have Orders for Witnesses.
