Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Sir Francis Guybon and Dame Isabella his Wife, and their Trustees, to sell the Manor of Avennalls, and other Lands, in or near Gunthorp, in the County of Norfolke; and for settling other Lands in Lieu thereof."

Sir Evan Lloyd versus Sir Richard Carew.

After hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of Sir Evan Lloyd Baronet and Dame Mary his Wife, and the Answer of Sir Richard Carew and Charles Tremaine put in thereunto:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Chancellor shall report what was offered by Counsel thereupon, on Thursday next, at Eleven of the Clock.
