Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Trustees to sell a Messuage, Garden, and Outhouse, in Lincolne's Inn Fields, late of Sir Robert Sawyer Knight deceased; and for purchasing other Lands and Tenements, to be settled to the same Uses."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Sir T. Wagstaff's Bill.

Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Sir Thomas Wagstaff Knight to raise and secure a Portion for Frances his only Daughter and Heir Apparent."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

Maydwell Rectory, Bill.

The Earl of Nottingham reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for settling divers Lands and Rents-charge on the Rector of the Church of Maydwell, in the County of Northampton, and his Successors; and, in Lieu thereof, for settling other Lands, and discharging Tithes belonging to the said Church, according to several Agreements between the Patron and the said Rector, made upon the enclosing of Lands in Maydwell, and afterwards, with Consent of the Ordinary, confirmed by several Decrees in the Court of Chancery," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

Wet Dock at Rotherith, Marq. of Tavistock's Bill.

Hodie 2^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Trustees to raise Money, for the making a Wet Dock, and improving the Estate of the Marquis and Marchioness of Tavistock, at Rederhith, in the County of Surrey."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to the Lords following; (videlicet,)

Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet To-morrow, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.

Grahme versus Molineux & al.

After reading the Petition of Francis Molineux, Richard Rigby, William Hudson, Jeremy Davis, John Bignall, William Phillips, Richard Sill, and William Hart; desiring Time to answer the Petition and Appeal of James Grahme Esquire:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein James Grahme Esquire is Appellant, and Richard Harnage and others (and the others abovementioned) are Respondents, on Monday the Sixteenth Day of this Instant March, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; before which Time the Petitioners abovementioned may answer, if they think fit.

The Earl of Kent reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Improvement of a House and Ground in Great Queen Street," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which, being read Twice, were agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed.

City of London versus Bill for further regulating Elections.

After hearing Counsel this Day, upon the Petition of the Lord Mayor, Aldermen, and Commons of the City of London, in Common Council assembled; praying, That they may be heard, by themselves and Counsel, against a Clause in the Bill, intituled, An Act for further regulating Elections of Members to serve in Parliament:"

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, presently.

And the Lord Cornwallis reported, That the Committee had gone through the said Bill; and think it fit to pass, without any Amendment.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Judges shall be heard thereupon To-morrow, at Twelve of the Clock.
