Norwood versus Norwood.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of John Norwood, from an Order of Dismission made in the High Court of Chancery, the Fifth Day of December, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-four, in a Cause wherein the Petitioner was Plaintiff, against Thomas Norwood Clerk, and Elizabeth Norwood, Defendants; and praying the Reversal of the said Order of Dismission:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Thomas Norwood and Elizabeth Norwood may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Friday the Eight and Twentieth Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Oldys versus Domville, in Error.

Whereas Thursday next is appointed for hearing the Errors argued, upon the Writ of Error wherein William Oldys is Plaintiff, and Charles Domville Defendant:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Errors argued thereupon, on Saturday the Two and Twentieth Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
