The Earl of Bridgewater reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Anthony Earl of Kent, and Henry Grey his Son and Heir Apparent, to make a Jointure for Jemima Wife of the said Henry Grey," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which, being read Twice, were agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Brooke's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for vesting the Manor of Madeley, in the County of Salop, in Trustees, for certain Purposes therein mentioned."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to the Lords following; (videlicet,)

Silver Coinage, for regulating, Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the regulating the Coinage of the Silver Money of this Kingdom."

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, presently.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the said Bill.

And, after some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.

And the Earl of Bridgewater reported, "That the Committee had sat some Time on the Bill, and made some Progress therein; and are of Opinion, that a Select Committee be named, to amend the Clause, 9 Press, 8th Line, pursuant to the Debate in the Committee."

To which the House agreed; and named the Committee following.

Oaths in Ireland, Bill, to amend the Act for.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Bill, intituled, "An Act for amending an Act made in the Third Year of His present Majesty and the late Queen, intituled, An Act for abrogating the Oath of Supremacy in Ireland, and appointing other Oaths," shall be read the Second Time on Saturday next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Sir Tho. Parkins's Bill.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir John Bolles and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for enabling Sir Thomas Parkyns to sell certain Messuages, Lands, and Hereditaments, in Huby and Easingwould, in the County of York; and for settling other Lands and Hereditaments, of greater Value, in Lieu thereof;" to which they have agreed, with One Amendment; whereunto they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Which Amendment, being read Three Times, was agreed to; and ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice thereof.

Exportations and Importations, Commissioners of Customs to send an Account of.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Commissioners of the Customs do lay before this House, in Writing, (with all convenient Speed) an Account of the Exportations and Importations of the Trade for Three Years last past; and that they do forthwith acquaint this House within what Time they can give such Account.

List of the Army delivered.

The Earl of Romncy presented to this House, pursuant to an Address to His Majesty of the Seventh Instant, a List of the Land Forces.
