After hearing Counsel this Day, upon the Petition and Appeal of Edward Stratford, and the Answer of Edmund Jones put in thereunto:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Keeper do report what was offered by Counsel thereupon Tomorrow, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Nois heard, concerning Reflections on this House, in a Cause touching Convex Lights.
Mr. Nois was called in, and heard, touching Reflections on this House, in some Proceedings in Chancery concerning the Convex Lights, and in the Debate thereupon.
Lease from the City to the Marq. of Normanby.
The House was informed, "That a Lease was made of some Lands, by the City of London, to the Lord Marquis of Normanby."
Whereupon it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Mr. Lane the City Comptroller, Austin Barlow, Thomas Gardiner, and Daniell Darvill, do forthwith attend this House.

And after some Time; Mr. Lane, being come, was called in, and examined, upon Oath, to several Questions agreed on by the House.
And afterwards the Order following was made; (videlicet,)
Town Clerk of London, to produce Books and Orders of Common Council concerning it.
"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Town Clerk and the Comptroller of the City of London do bring to this House, To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon, all the Books and Orders of the Common Council, and of the Committee for the City Lands, relating to a Lease of Land lying behind Clarendon House, lately granted to the Lord Marquis of Normanby, and the Counterpart of the said Lease; and that all Persons summoned this Day do then attend."

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Boyle and others:
To desire a Free Conference, upon the Subject-matter of the last Conference.

The Earl of Bridgewater reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for reversing the Attainder of Jacob Leister and others," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Marriages, &c. and Batchelors, &c. Duties upon, Bill.
Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for granting to His Majesty certain Rates and Duties upon Marriages, Births, and Burials, and upon Batchelors and Widowers, for the Term of Five Years, for carrying on the War against France with Vigour."
Sir T. Gooke to accompt for Money received out of the E. I. Company Treasure:
Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to oblige Sir Thomas Cooke to give an Accompt to whom he paid and distributed several Sums of Money, therein mentioned to be received out of the Treasure of the East-India Company."
Sir T. Cooke to be heard against it.
Upon reading the Petition of Sir Thomas Cooke; praying, "That he may be heard, by his Counsel, against the Bill, intituled, An Act to oblige Sir Thomas Cooke to give an Accompt to whom he paid and distributed several Sums of Money, therein mentioned to be received out of the Treasure of the East India Company:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Sir Thomas Cooke shall be heard, by his Counsel, at the Bar of this House (as desired), on Friday the Twelfth Day of this Instant April, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Mutiny Bill.
Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for continuing Two former Acts for punishing Officers and Soldiers, who shall mutiny, or desert His Majesty's Service, and for punishing false Musters, and for Payment of Quarters for One Year longer."
ORDERED, That the said Bill be read the Second Time on Thursday next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon; and all the Lords summoned then to attend.
