Upon reading the Petition of John Hall, Defendant in Two Writs of Error brought into this House by Mathias Cupper, the One and Twentieth Day of February last; praying a short Day may be appointed for hearing the Errors argued thereupon:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Errors argued, upon the said Writs of Error, on Thursday the Seventh Day of this Instant March, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Towne versus Thompson.
