Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the better enabling the Executors and Trustees of Sir Thomas Hare Baronet, lately deceased, to raise Portions and Maintenances for his Younger Children."

Rex versus Tucker, in Error.

Whereas Errors are assigned upon a Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein the King and Queen's Majesties are Plaintiffs, and Reginald Tucker Defendant:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Reginald Tucker shall and he is hereby required to join Issue in this Cause, on or before Saturday the Twelfth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Tattersall versus Fitzherbert and Jones.

Upon reading the Petition of Thomas Tattersall; praying, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing Counsel, upon his Appeal depending in this House, whereunto Henry Fitzherbert and William Jones are Respondents:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear Counsel, at the Bar, thereupon, on Thursday the Seventeenth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Woollaston's Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Hannah Woollaston Widow, and Jonathan her Son an Infant, to sell certain Lands and Tenements in Warnford, in the County of Southampton, for Payment of Debts and Legacies, according to the Will of Richard Woollaston Esquire deceased."

Wilful Perjury to make Felony, Bill.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee, to proceed on the Bill, intituled, "An Act for making wilful and corrupt Perjury, in certain Cases, to be Felony."

And, after some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.

And the Lord Cornwallis reported, "That the Committee had made several Amendments, and added Two Clauses, to the Bill."

Then the Amendments and Clauses were read.

And the First Amendment in the Title being read again, and a Debate arising thereupon; it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Bill shall be re-committed to a Committee of the whole House, upon the Debate; and that the House shall be put into a Committee thereupon, on Saturday the Twelfth Day of this Instant January, at Eleven of the Clock; and all the Lords summoned then to attend.

Northleigh's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Trustees to grant Leases of the Lands of Henry Northleigh Esquire lately deceased, for Payment of his Debts, and providing a Maintenance for his Children."
