Phillips versus Bury, in Error.
Upon hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, to argue the Errors assigned upon the Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein Robert Phillips is Plaintiff, and Arthur Bury Defendant:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Keeper of the Great Seal of England shall report what was offered by Counsel on either Side, To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.
