Upon reading the Petition of Sir Solomon Swale Baronet; shewing, "That he hath an Appeal depending in this House, to which Anne Winchcombe Widow is Respondent; and praying a Day may be appointed for hearing thereof:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar, on Saturday the Seventeenth Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Upon reading the humble Petition of Thomas Price Esquire, Counsellor at Law, in the Custody of Sir Thomas Duppa, Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod, for signing the Petition of Dame Martha Brooke; shewing, "That he is very sensible of his Misfortune in being under the Displeasure of this House, and begging Pardon for the same:"
He being called in to the Bar, and severely reprimanded by the Lord Keeper, by Order of the House; it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Thomas Price shall be, and he is hereby, discharged from the Restraint he now lies under (paying his Fees) and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf;

Then, the Lord Keeper reported what was said several Days by the Counsel, at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of the Earl of Montagu and others, against the Earl of Bathe and others, Respondents:
Whereupon it was ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House shall enter upon the Debate of this Business To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock.
Brandling versus Gregory & al.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Ralph Brandling is Appellant, and Charles Gregory and others Respondents, on Monday the Nineteenth Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Message from H. C. for a Conference about Intelligence of the sailing of the Brest Fleet.
A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Boyle and others:
To desire a Conference, upon the Subject-matter of the last Conference.
Answer.
Then the Commons were called in again; and told by the Lord Keeper, "That the Lords agree to a Conference, as desired; and appoint it presently, in the Painted Chamber."
ORDERED, That the same Lords that managed the last Conference shall manage this.
Then, the Commons being come, the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and the Lords went to the Conference.
Which being ended, the House was resumed.
Report of the Conference.
And the Earl of Rochester reported, "That they had attended the Conference; and received an Answer from the Commons to the Lords Desire, whether the Intelligence of the French Fleet's being out was communicated to the Admirals of the Fleet, and when it was so communicated."
ORDERED, That the full Report of this Conference shall be made on Wednesday next, at Eleven of the Clock.
