ORDERED, That the Consideration hereof be committed to the Lords following:

Their Lordships, or any Three of them; to meet on Wednesday next, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.

Messages from H. C. with Bills.

A Message from the House of Commons, by Captain Perry and others:

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for the prohibiting the Use of all Lotteries;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Attorney General and others:

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for continuing the Acts for prohibiting all Trade and Commerce with France, and for the Encouragement of Privateers;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

King to be attended with the Address.

The Earl of Bridgewater reported, "That he and the other Lords had attended His Majesty, to know what Time He would appoint for this House to attend Him with the Address concerning Ireland: That His Majesty said, He would receive it on Thursday next, at Four of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Banqueting House at Whitehall."

Informations about Ireland, not to be communicated to H. C.

The House was moved, "That the Informations taken upon Oath at the Bar, concerning the present State and Condition of the Kingdom of Ireland, should be communicated to the House of Commons."

And, after Debate,

This Question was put, "Whether the Informations given in this House, concerning the State and Condition of Ireland, shall be communicated to the House of Commons?"

It was Resolved in the Negative.

Boevey versus Ly. Smith & al.

The House being this Day moved, "That the Judgement made on Saturday last, in the Cause of James Boevey Appellant, and Dame Anne Smith and others Respondents, may be respited; for that Mr. Lownes and his Wife may be included therein, which were no Parties in the Appeal:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Mr. Lownes and his Wife, and Mr. Boevey, shall be heard, by One Counsel on either Side, thereupon, To-morrow, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Wade, for insulting L. Chandos, and carrying his Servants to The Compter, to be attached.

The House being informed, "That Nicholas Wade hath affronted the Lord Chandos, a Peer of this Realm, and sent or carried his Two Footmen to The Compter, although he knew them to be his Lordship's Servants, and gave him ill Language:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod attending this House shall forthwith attach the Body of the said Nicholas Wade, and bring him in safe Custody to the Bar of this House, to answer for his Offence; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

To Sir Thomas Duppa, Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod attending this House, his Deputy and Deputies, and every of them, and to all Mayors, Sheriffs, Bailiffs, Constables, and other Their Majesties Officers, to be aiding and assisting in the Execution hereof.

Williams versus Read.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Committee appointed to consider of the Case referred to them, concerning Walter Williams Esquire and Richard Reade, shall be revived; to meet on Friday next, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Hitchcock versus Sedgwick.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear Counsel upon the Petition of Obadiah Sedgwick, and the Answer of George Hitchcock, on Wednesday next, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Warden of The Fleet, Office of, to sell, for Payment of Debts, Bill.

Then the Amendments made by the Commons to the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Sale of such Interest as Thomas Bromhall, an Insant, hath in the Office of the Warden of The Fleet, and in Thirteen Houses adjoining, and in an Office of the Custody of the Palace at Westminster, for the more effectual Payment of Debts," were read Twice, and agreed to; and ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice thereof.

E. of Monmouth, and Bp. of London, Exchange of Lands, Bill.

As also the Amendments made by the Commons to the Bill, intituled, "An Act for exchanging of several Small Parcels of Land, in the Parish and Manor of Fulham, belonging to the Bishopric of London, and Part of the Bishopric of London, for other Lands of the like Value, to Charles Earl of Monmouth and his Heirs," were read Twice, and agreed to; and ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice thereof.

E. Ranelagh versus Champante.

After hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition of Richard Lord Ranelagh and others; as also upon the Answer of Sir John Champante put in thereunto:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Speaker shall Report what was said thereupon, To-morrow, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
