Wycherley versus Town of Shrewsbury.
Whereas Saturday next is appointed for hearing of the Cause wherein Daniel Wycherly is Appellant, and the Mayor and Aldermen of the Town of Shrewsbury Respondents:
It is this Day ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar, on Tuesday the Thirteenth Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Gay versus Beaple.
Upon receiving this Day the Petitionof Martha Gay Widow:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition shall be, and is hereby, referred to the Lords Committees for Privileges; whose Lordships, having considered thereof, and heard such Persons concerning the same as they shall think sit, are afterwards to report to the House.
Otterington versus Hayes.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of John Otterington, of the City of Dublin, in the Kingdom of Ireland, Gentleman, from a Decree and other Proceedings in the Court of Chancery, the Third of June One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-two, in Cross Causes there depending, between John Hayes Esquire and the said John Otterington; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree and Proceedings:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said John Hayes may have a Copy of the said Petition; and shall be, and is hereby, required to put in his Answer thereunto in Writing, on Friday the Sixth Day of January next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Molyneux's Bill.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for rectifying a Mistake in a certain Act of this present Parliament, passed in the Year One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-one, intituled, An Act to vest certain Lands of William Molyneux Gentleman in Trustees, for raising the Sum of Two Thousand Pounds, for paying the Portions to his Younger Brother and Sisters, pursuant to a Decree in the Court of Chancery."
ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill be referred to the Lords following:
Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet To-morrow, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers.
Sir G. Parker's Bill.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Sir George Parker, of Ratton, in the County of Sussex, Baronet, to make a Settlement upon his Marriage, notwithstanding his Minority."
ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill be referred to the same Committee to whom Molyneux's Bill is referred.
Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Monday next, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings, near the House of Peers.

The Earl of Nottingham acquainted the House, "That he had brought his Book and Letters; and that the Clerk had taken them by a List."
ORDERED, That the Letters be referred to the Committee of the whole House.
Advice to His Majesty.
The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee, upon Consideration of Advice to His Majesty.
The House was resumed.
And the Earl of Bridgewater reported, "That the Committee desire that To-morrow may be appointed for the House to be put into a Committee, to take into their Consideration the Papers brought in by the Earl of Nottingham; and on Saturday, that the House be put into a Committee, upon the Capitulation in One Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-eight, for Regulation of the Troops in The Low Countrys."
To which the the House agreed; and ordered as followeth:
"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock, this House shall be put into a Committee, upon Consideration of Advice to be given to His Majesty, upon the Papers and Letters delivered into the House by the Earl of Nottingham, pursuant to the Address to His Majesty; and no other Business to intervene."
"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That on Saturday next, at Eleven of the Clock, this House shall be put into a Committee, upon Consideration of Advice to be given to His Majesty, upon the Capitulation in 1678, for Regulation of the Troops in The Low Countryes."
