Hodie 1^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Trustees to make and fill up Leases of the respective Estates of Blewet Wallop Esquire and John Wallop Gentleman, during their Minorities; and to purchase other Lands by the Fines thereby to be received, to the same Uses as the Estates so to be leased are already settled."

Sir W. Barkham's Bill.

The Earl of Bridgewater reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for making good the last Will of Sir William Barkham Baronet, deceased, and vesting of Lands in Trustees, to be sold, for Payment of his Debts, and making Provision for his Children," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which, being read Twice, were agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed.

Nassau's Nat. Bill.

The Earl of Bridgewater also reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for naturalizing Henry de Nassau and other Children of Henry de Nassau Seigneur de Averquerke," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice, the Lords have agreed to the said Bill, without any Amendment.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Sir Cesar Wood, alias Cranmer, is Appellant, and Thomas Webb Respondent, on Friday the Eight and Twentieth Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Upon hearing Counsel this Day, upon the Petition and Appeal of Dame Anne North, from a Decree made in the Court of Exchequer, on the Eighteenth Day of June, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-four, in a Cause there depending, between Philip Cecil Esquire Plaintiff, against the Petitioner Defendant; and from a subsequent Order made in the said Cause the Seventh Day of November last; as also upon the Answer of the said Philip Cecill put in thereunto:

Judgement affirmed.

After due Consideration of what was offered thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Dame Anne North shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree and Order therein complained of shall be, and are hereby, affirmed: And it is further ORDERED, That the said Dame Anne North shall pay, or cause to be paid, unto the Respondent Philip Cecil, or William Powell, the Sum of Ten Pounds, for his Costs.

Relief of Creditors, Bill for, Judges Report thatit is impracticable.

This Day the Lord Chief Justice of the King's Bench gave the House an Account (pursuant to the Order Yesterday); "That he and the other Judges had considered of the Bill for Relief of Creditors; and were of Opinion, that such a Bill is impracticable."
