King's Answer, when to be attended:

The Earl of Bridgewater acquainted the House, "That His Majesty hath appointed this Afternoon, between Three and Four of the Clock, to be attended with the Address of both Houses, at Kensington."

Message to H. C. to acquaint them with it.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Miles Cook and Mr. Meredith:

To acquaint them, "That the Lords having sent to know His Majesty's Pleasure, when He would be attended with the Address of both Houses of Parliament, in relation to an Act of Parliament lately passed in Scotland, for establishing an East India Company there; that His Majesty was pleased to appoint between Three and Four of the Clock this Afternoon, to be attended at Kensington, by both Houses, with the said Address."

King's Answer to Address concerning clipped Money:

His Grace the Duke of Shrewsbury acquainted the House, "That, according to the Lords Desire in their Address, His Majesty will issue out His Proclamation with what Speed the Nature of the Thing will admit."

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Keeper of the Great Seal of England do give Order, that the Address of this House made to His Majesty Yesterday, and His Majesty's most Gracious Answer thereunto, be forthwith printed and published.

Scots Act for an E. I. Comp. Remedies against.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That on Friday next, at Eleven of the Clock, this House shall be put into a Committee, to proceed farther upon Consideration of the Papers laid before this House, by the Commissioners of the Customs, the East India Company, and other Companies and Merchants, relating to Remedies to prevent the Inconveniencies which may arise by a late Act of Parliament for establishing an East India Company in Scotland.

Ship Avarilla, Answer from the Admiralty about.

Upon reading a Paper, received this Day from the Commissioners of the Admiralty, concerning the Complaint of the Owners of the Ship Avarilla:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Commissioners of the Admiralty acquaint this House when Captain Doyley is returned into England; and also whether Captain Massum hath been in England lately, or when they expect him.
