Alice Turner's Bill.
The Lord Lawarr reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable the Trustees of Alice Turner Widow and her Children to make Sale of certain Houses and Ground, in or near Lincolne's Inne Feilds, in the County of Middl'x, during the Minority of the Younger Children," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.
Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.
Admirals discharged from attending.
It being moved, "That the Admirals who commanded the Fleet the last Summer may be dismissed from any further Attendance here:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That they shall be, and they are hereby, discharged from their Attendance, until further Order of this House.
George Turner's Bill.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for Payment of the Debts of George Turner Esquire, deceased."
ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to the same Committee to whom Whitley's Bill is referred.

Then the House resuming the Debate Yesterday, upon the Petition and Appeal of the Earl of Montagu and others, and the Answer of the Earl of Bathe and others put in thereunto:
After hearing Counsel to open a Precedent mentioned in the Debate Yesterday, and the Counsel being withdrawn; it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the further Consideration and hearing Counsel to open Precedents in this Case shall be adjourned to Friday next, at Eleven of the Clock.
Trelawney versus Greenville & al. Originals to be produced.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Originals of all the Proceedings, in the Cause of Samuel Trelawney Esquire, Plaintiff, and John Greenville and others Defendants, shall be brought before this House on Friday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, by the respective Officers in whose Custody they are.
Grove versus Mathew & al.
