The Lord Chief Justice of the King's Bench, in the usual Manner, brought up a Writ of Error, wherein
William Bridgman is Plaintiff, versus Rowland Holt & al. Defendants.
Judges of the King's Bench to put in their Answers.
Upon reading the Petition of the Lady Isabella Dutchess of Grafton, and William Bridgeman Esquire her Trustee:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Chief Justice and the rest of the Judges of Their Majesties Court of King's Bench shall have Copies of this Petition; and do put in their Answers thereunto, in Writing, on Friday the First Day of December next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Observations of the Treasury, on the Accompts of the Navy.
The Lord Godolphin, First Commissioner of the Treasury, this Day brought into the House the Observations of the Lords of the Treasury, upon the Report from the Commissioners for stating the Public Accompts.
Which being read;
To be sent to the Commissioners for Accompts.
It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That a Copy of the said Observations be sent to the Commissioners for stating the Public Accompts of the Kingdom; and that, if they have any Thing to offer thereupon, they do speedily send the same to this House.
Adjourn.
