Bromhall versus Manlove.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Thomas Bromhall, Infant, by his Guardian William Bromhall, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the 23th Day of July last, on the Behalf of Richard Manlove; and praying that he may answer thereunto:

It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Richard Manlove may have a Copy of the said Petition and Appeal; and be, and is hereby, required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Monday the Sixteenth Day of this Instant November, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the Petitioner is to cause Notice to be given to the Defendant, to the End he answer accordingly.

Barton & al. versus Woodman & al.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Amy Barton, George Willoughby and Joanna his Wife, and Wm. Taylor and Margaret his Wife, from a Decree made in the High Court of Chancery the One and Twentieth Day of March last past, in certain Causes there depending, between Joshua Woodman, Executor of Francis Dennis Widow, by Bill of Revivor, against Robert Blake and Elizabeth his Wife, Amy Barton Widow, Joanna Badd now the Wife of George Willoughby Gentleman, Margarett Badd now the Wife of William Taylor Gentleman, John Sturmy Gentleman and Mary his Wife, and between the said Robert Blake and Elizabeth his Wife, Plaintiffs, and the said Thomas Sackvill Esquire, Amy Barton Widow, the said Joanna and Margaret, John Sturmy and Mary his Wife, and the said Joshua Woodman Gentleman, Defendants; and praying, "That the said Joshua Woodman, Elizabeth Blake, and Thomas Sackville, may answer thereunto:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Joshua Woodman, Elizabeth Blake, and Thomas Sackvill, may have a Copy of the said Petition and Appeal; and be, and they are hereby, required to put in their Answer or respective Answers thereunto, in Writing, on Thursday the Nineteenth Day of this Instant November, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the Petitioners are to cause timely Notice to be given to the Defendants, to the End they answer accordingly.

Clandestine Marriages, Bill.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act disabling Minors to marry without the Consent of their Fathers or Guardians, and against their untimely marrying after the Decease of their Fathers; and for preventing all clandestine Marriages for the future."

The House was resumed.

And the Lord Bishop of Salisbury reported, "That the Committee had gone through the Bill, and made several Amendments; and had postponed a Clause, which the House shall have the Reason of, when they come to it."

ORDERED, That the House shall proceed on this Report To-morrow, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Adjourn.
