Bp. Bath & Wells takes the Oaths.

This Day Richard Lord Bishop of Bath and Wells took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, pursuant to the Statute.

Fleetwood versus Fleetwood.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Richard Fleetwood, of Rossall, in the County of Lancaster, Esquire, and Anne his Wife, from a Decree in the High Court of Chancery, made the Four and Twentieth Day of November, One Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety, wherein the Petitioners were Plaintiffs, and Richard Fletewood Gentleman and Nephew to the Petitioner, and Christopher Greenfeild Esquire Counsellor at Law, were Defendants, when the Petitioner's Bill was dismissed, and Costs awarded, which were excessively taxed at Ninety Pounds against the Petitioner to his Disherison, disabling him to pay his just Debts; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree, and from the Costs of Ninety Pounds; and that the said Richard Fleetwood the Nephew may answer the same, and that the Costs may be paid back:

It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Richard Fletewood the Nephew may have a Copy of the said Petition and Appeal; and be, and he is hereby, required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Monday the Sixteenth Day of November next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the Petitioner is to cause timely Notice to be given to the Defendant, to the End he answer accordingly.

Waring versus Plate.

Upon reading the humble Petition and Appeal of Richard Wareing Gentleman, from a Decree made in the High Court of Chancery, in a Cause there depending, between Sir John Plate Knight and Dame Anne his Wife Plaintiffs, and the Petitioner the Appellant Defendant, which Cause was heard the Eleventh Day of May last; and praying, "That the said Sir John Plate and Anne his Wife may answer thereunto; and that, in the mean Time, all Proceedings may be stayed upon the said Decree, and the Decree reversed:"

It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Sir John Plate and Dame Anne his Wife may have a Copy of the said Petition and Appeal; and be, and they are hereby, required to put in their Answer or respective Answers thereunto, in Writing, on Saturday the Fourteenth Day of November next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that, in the mean Time, all Proceedings be stayed; whereof the Petitioner is to cause timely Notice to be given to the Defendants, to the End they answer accordingly.

Zouch versus English.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of James Zouch Esquire, from a Decree made by the Lords Commissioners of the Great Seal of England, in the Court of Chancery, in a Cause there depending, between Thomas English and Dorothy his Wife the Appellant's Sister Complainants and your Petitioner Defendant, et è contra; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree; and that the said Thomas English and Dorothy his Wife may answer thereunto:

It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Thomas English and Dorothy his Wife may have a Copy of the said Petition and Appeal; and they be, and are hereby, required to put in their Answer or respective Answers thereunto, in Writing, on Tuesday the Tenth Day of November next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the Petitioner is to cause timely Notice to be given to the Defendants, to the End they answer accordingly.

Redish, Groom of the Ewry, discharged from an Arrest.

Whereas this Day was appointed for Sam'll Thayre and Daniell Richards to appear, upon the Petition of Edward Redish, sworn Groom of Their Majesties Ewry in Ordinary, and actually in Waiting when arrested and imprisoned, at the Suit of the said Samuell Thayre, within the Time of Privilege of Parliament:

After hearing Counsel this Day at the Bar for the said Edward Reddish, as also for the said Samuel Thayre and Daniell Richards, the House being of Opinion it was a Breach of Privilege of Parliament, he being taken within the Time of Privilege of Parliament; it is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Edward Reddish shall be, and is hereby, discharged from the Imprisonment he now lies under in The King's Bench Prison; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

To the Marshal or Keeper of The King's Bench Prison, his Deputy and Deputies, and every of them.
