This Day Thomas Lord Bishop of Carlile and Thomas Lord Bishop of St. David's took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, in Pursuance of the Acts.
Countess of Burlington's Petition about the E. of Salisbury's Brothers.
The Earl of Rutland and the Marquis of Winton are added to the Committee for the Countess of Burlington's Petition.
Doctor John Tilotson, Doctor Maplethwait, John Fisher, and Ebenezer Sadler, were sworn at the Bar, in order to their Examination before the Committee concerning the Countess of Burlington's Petition.
ORDERED, That the Countess of Burlington do take her Oath in this House, at the Table, in order to be examined before the Committee upon her Petition concerning the Two Brothers of the Earl of Salisbury.
Bill to exhibit one for Prince George of Denmark's Nat.
The Earl of Shrewsbury presented a Bill to the House, which was as follows:
Hodie 1a et 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for exhibiting a Bill in this present Parliament, for naturalizing the most Noble Prince George of Denmarke."
ORDERED, That this Bill be engrossed.
Roper versus Roper.
The Question being put, "Whether to give Judgement in the Case between Edward Roper and Anne Roper this Day, according to the Order of this House?"
It was Resolved in the Negative.
ORDERED, That Wednesday next is appointed to give Judgement in the Case between Edward Roper and Anne Roper.

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
Message to H. C. with it.
A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Judge Dolben and Baron Nevill:
To deliver the Bill for naturalizing the most Noble Prince George of Denmark, and to desire their Concurrence thereunto.
Bill for uniting Protestants.
The Earl of Nottingham reported, "That the Committee have considered the Bill for uniting Their Majesties Protestant Subjects, and have made some Amendments therein, which are offered to the Consideration of the House."
ORDERED, That this House will take this Report into Consideration To-morrow Morning; and the Lords are to have Notice to be present at that Time.
Serle versus Clarke & al.
This House being moved, "That Doctor Barbone may, at the Hearing of the Cause on Wednesday next, between Serle, Doctor Barbone, Clarke, and others, produce the Articles of Agreement and Conveyances made between him and Sir Robert Clarke, or any other touching the Fields in Question:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Doctor Barbone be, and is hereby, required to produce the said Writings at the Hearing aforesaid.
Forster versus Forster.
The House being moved, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing the Cause wherein Henry Forster Gentleman is Plaintiff, and John Forster Defendant:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar of this House, on Monday the 8th Day of April next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the said Henry Forster is to cause timely Notice to be given to the said John Forster, by leaving a Copy of this Order with his Clerk in Chancery, or at his Lodging in Town.
Adjourn.
