Thomas versus Cecill.

Upon reading the Petition of Anthony Thomas Esquire; praying, "That he may have further Time, to answer to the Appeal of the Honourable Robert Cecill Esquire, and his Wife and others:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Anthony Thomas hath hereby Time given him, for answering to the said Appeal, to Thursday the Sixth Day of November next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Admiralty Commissioners Bill.

The House, pursuant to the Order Yesterday, was put into a Committee to consider of the Bill, intituled, "An Act concerning the Commissioners of the Admiralty."

The House was resumed.

And the Earl of Fauconberge reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill, and thought it fit to pass without any Amendment."

To which the House agreed, and ordered the said Bill to be engrossed.
