Message from H. C. for a Conference about the Address for a War with France.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir George Downing and others:

To desire a Conference, touching the Amendments in the Address to be presented to His Majesty.

The Answer returned was:

Answer.

That the Lords have considered their Message, and agree to a Conference; and appoint the same to be Tomorrow Morning, at Eleven of the Clock, in the Painted Chamber.

The Bishop of Rochester, Bishop of Chichester, and Bishop of Exon, are added to the Committee for the Bills concerning Servants and Highways.

Villiers' Claim to the Title of Viscount Purbeck.

After hearing Counsel this Day at the Bar, on the Behalf of the Petitioner who claims the Title of Viscount Purbeck, to make out his said Claim:

It is Resolved, upon the Question, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the King's Attorney General, on His Majesty's Behalf, upon the whole Matter of Fact and Law relating to the said Claim, on Monday the Eighth Day of April next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
