Heads for securing the Protestant Religion.

The House was adjourned into a Committee, to proceed in the Consideration of Heads for a Bill to secure the Protestant Religion.

The House being resumed;

The Earl of North'ton reported, "That the House is desired to appoint another Time, when the House shall be in a Committee again, to proceed further in Heads concerning the securing the Protestant Religion."

And the House ordered Friday Morning for that Purpose.

Cole, L. Berkeley's Servant, Privilege, versus Elletson, Coates, & al.

Upon Complaint made to this House, of the Violation of the Privilege of John Lord Berkeley of Stratton, by the Proceedings of John Coates and Roger Elletson, at the Suit of Robert Ellitson, against Mr. Cole, Servant to the said Lord Berkeley, in Mich. Terme, 1673, within the Time of Privilege of Parliament:

It is ORDERED, That it be, and is hereby, referred to the said Committees for Privileges, to examine the Matter of the said Complaint, and report their Opinion thereupon in Point of Privilege unto the House.

Bulkley versus Bulkley, in Error.

Whereas there is a Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein William Bulkley is Plaintiff, against Bartholomew Bulkley Defendant, upon which the said William Bulkley hath not yet assigned Errors:

It is this Day ORDERED, upon the Petition of the said Bartholomew Bulkley read this Day, That the said William Bulkley shall assign Errors on or before Monday the 17th Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Adjourn.
