PRAYERS.

Derrell versus Whitchcott.

Upon reading the Petition of Marmaduke Darrell Esquire; shewing, "That, upon his Petition and Appeal depending in this House in the last Sessions of Parliament, to which Sir Jeremy Whichcot Baronet is Defendant, this House hath heard Counsel Two Days at the Bar, and, by a Vote, resolved, That the Petitioner should have Relief out of Sir Jeremy Whichcott's Part in the Coal Farm in the said Appeal set forth; but, by reason of the Prorogation suddenly ensuing, their Lordships did not proceed to any Particulars, in what Method the Petitioner should be relieved out of Sir Jeremy Whichcot's said Part of the said Farm:"

It is ORDERED, That the Petitioner do give, or cause to be given, to the said Sir Jeremy Whichcott, Notice of this Petition now presented, to which the said Sir Jeremy Whichcott is to appear at the Bar of this House on Tuesday the Twentieth Day of this Instant April, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and hath Leave to make Answer, if he think fit.

Method of entering Protests.

ORDERED, That on Wednesday next, the Matter of entering Reasons with Dissents shall be considered of, by a Committee of the whole House.

Entry of Questions concerning the Address to be considered.

It is Resolved, That it be referred to the Committee for Privileges, to consider of the Manner of the Clerk of the Parliament's Entry of Two Questions in the Journal Book on Tuesday last, and make Report unto the House.

Bill to prevent Dangers from disaffected Persons.

ORDERED, That on Tuesday next the Bill for preventing the Dangers which may arise from Persons disaffected to the Government shall be read the Second Time.
