Upon hearing of Counsel this Day at the Bar, as well upon the Behalf of William Holdsworth (Son-in-Law and Administrator with the Will annexed of the Goods and Estate of John Wood deceased), Plaintiff by Petition, as also of Dame Hester Honywood Defendant, in the Cause now depending in this House, being an Appeal from a Dismission of the Bill of the said John Wood out of the Court of Chancery, in the Two and Twentieth Year of the Reign of His late Majesty King Charles the First, concerning some Estate late of John Lamott deceased:
After Consideration of what was offered by the Counsel on either Part thereupon, the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled do order and adjudge, That the said Petition and Appeal of the said William Holdsworth be, and is hereby, dismissed this House.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Cause now depending in this House, between Margaret and Elizabeth Cholmley by John Savile Esquire their Guardian, Sarah Smith Widow, and Sir Kingsmill Lucy Baronet, Plaintiff, by Petition, against the Warden and Commonalty of the Mystery of Grocers in London, Sir John Cutler, Sir Thomas Foote, Knights, Jeffery Howland, Thomas Gower, Esq. and others, Defendants, shall be heard, by Counsel on both Parts, at the Bar of this House, upon the said Petition, and the respective Answers and Demurrers of the said Wardens and Commonalty, and Jeffery Howland and Thomas Gower, on Tuesday the 18th Day of this Instant March, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the Petitioners are to give timely Notice to the said Wardens and Commonalty and other the said Defendants, by leaving a Copy of this Order with either of the Wardens, or at the Dwelling-house of the Clerk of the said Company.
