E. of Salisbury's Bill.

The Earl of Berks reported, "That the Committee have taken the Bill concerning the Earl of Sarum into Consideration, and have heard all Parties concerned, and received their Consents; and have made some Amendments therein, which the Committee presents to the Consideration of the House."

Which said Amendments, being read Twice, were Agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

The Earl of Suff. Bishop of Carlile, Bishop of Rochester, and the Lord Widdrington, are added to the Committee for Privileges.

Dean and Chapter of Bristol, and L. Berkley Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable the Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral Church of Bristoll to exchange their Vicarage of Berkeley, in the County of Gloucester, with George Lord Berkeley, for his Rectory of St. Michaell's, in Sutton Bonnington, in the County of Nottingham."

Holdsworth versus Ly. Honywood.

Whereas there is a Petition and Appeal of William Holdsworth, depending in this House, to which Dame Hester Honywood, therein mentioned, hath put in her Answer in Writing:

It is this Day ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear Counsel on both Parts, upon the said Petition and Answer, on Thursday the Sixth Day of March next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, whereof the said Petitioner is to give the said Defendant timely Notice.
