A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Nathamell Hobart and Mr Beversham

To return them the Bill concerning Benedict Hall, and the Bill concerning Sir William Smith and others, with Amendments made by this House, to which the Lords desire Concurrence

The Earl Rivers is added to the Committee concerning the Hamborough Company, and to the Committee for the Bill concerning John Knight

The Earl of Essex is added to the Committee concerning the Hamborough Company

Pitt versus Pelham

It was moved, "That the latter Part of the Order of the 17th Day of December last, made in the Cause between Put and Pelham, might be altered, and that it might run in the Words following

"And that therefore the Lord Keeper of the Great Seal, of the Lord Chancellor, for the Time being, be, and is hereby, directed to set aside the said Dismission And their Lordships do further adjudge, That the Heirs at Law to William Sherley, the Testator in the said Petition mentioned, shall forthwith, by good Assurance in Law, convey the said Testator's Lands in Blandford to the Petitioner Robert Pitt and his Heirs, and the Court of Chancery are to compel them so to do"

ORDERED, That this House approves and allows of this Alteration

Ly Delawar's Privilege

Upon reading the humble Petition of Walcott Briscoe (now in the Custody of the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod attending this House, for sueing the Lady Dowager Delawarr to the Outlawry, contrary to the Privilege of Peerage) expressing his Sorrow for his said Offence, and praying the Pardon of this House, and that he may be discharged from his present Restraint; it appearing that he the said Walcot Briscoe hath used what Means possible he could to make his Submission to the said Lady Delawar for the same; but cannot obtain Admittance to her Presence:

Brisco released.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Walcott Briscoe (who this Day at the Bar received the Repre hension of this House for his said Offence) be, and is hereby, discharged from any further Restraint by reason thereof, paying his Fees; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

Adjourn.
